Always friendly and good sales...love Renee and the place is so clean!!
I consider myself a professional tanner. I have been tanning at various Fort Myers salons for the last 30 years. I have been going to Tan Usa on Summerlin for the last 12 years and have watched the salon change hands three or four times. I always get a VIP membership and has been a VIP at Tan Usa for the last 12 years. When I went in at Christmas time I tanned for a full week and barely looked as if I had gotten anything. I asked the owner and they said they had not changed bulbs and they had no plans to do so. I said I would not continue with my membership until they changed bulbs. I called during spring break to see if the bulbs had been changed and she said no and I said please call me when you change the bulbs because then I will come back. I made three phone calls and left three messages like this. They never change the bulbs and then their "velocity "which is their premier bed broke and the owners husband was trying to fix the motherboard even though he had no knowledge how to do so. I told them I was going to go to another salon and this was my final phone call before I did so. I then went to South Beach tanning and was blown out of this world. I talked to the owners on my very first trip and Renee educated me about all of the beds and was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I used the bed and on the first time I was shocked at how much color I had gotten as I had never gotten that in my 12 years at Tan Usa. The beds are absolutely incredible... The best I have ever used in all my years of tanning! All of the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable... Renee and Joe who own the salon are so friendly and helpful. I feel like a fool that I have wasted my money for the many years at Tan USA. Do yourself a favor and never ever go to Tan Usa... Spend your money at South Beach tanning and you will be genuinely happy with the quality of the beds and the staff.
I was renting in fort myers before I bought a house in port Charlotte! I used this tanning salon 4 times! The people working here are friendly and knowledgeable! Even though I have to drive further I'm going to continue to go here because the closest versa Spa is in North Port went once to zoom Tan and it was a nightmare! Have a rude lady working there and didn't do double dip on legs! I love south Beach Tanning! Especially this location!
