I’m writing this review specifically to recognize Norah, the manager at the salon ❤️ She is genuinely one of the kindest and most proactive employees there. Every time I come in, she remembers my name and even small details I’ve shared before without me having to remind her, which makes me feel very valued as a customer. 🥹 Even when she’s busy, she always makes sure to give me her attention and check that everything is taken care of. I constantly see her on her feet making sure things run smoothly and helping customers as quickly as possible. Her product recommendations are always great, and it’s clear she really knows what she’s doing. Because of Norah, South Beach has become such an enjoyable experience for me, and I see that she treats every customer with the same kindness and professionalism. ☺️

This is my second 5 star review. I just had to recognize Madeleine for her kindness. I rushed in at 9:57PM and she greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. I requested to spray and she very nicely put the machine together and set me up. I realize it’s not the best time to come in for a spray tan, 3 minutes before closing. Though she assured me it was perfectly fine. The customer experience was superb.

Great place to tan and very friendly staff

I needed a new experience with tanning. I did my research before I walked in. Once I decided on which membership I wanted the entire process went smoothly and easy. I was assisted by Nour. She's simply very professional, personable and courteous. She explained everything in detail and recommend the best products for me. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Owners. They are very down to earth, kind, and a professional couple. It's so refreshing to enter a business and you are treated as a VIP. The business definitely has the South Beach Suntan Vibe, with a great color scheme, clean machines, lots of options, and we'll stocked with excellent products. Everyone at the counter is professional and attentive. Thank you so much for making me feel special. I highly recommend this business and location.

I love coming here. Every time I go Nora is working and she is such a good worker. She makes me feel comfortable. Very friendly worker!

I am a person of color, Jamaican. Since pre and post menopause my skin is so fragile. Anytime i bump into anything it would leave a scar, not a bruise a scar. I would slough off the top layer of my skin then scar. I saw my derm and she ok’d me to do red and blue light therapy. Oh my goodness!!! All this time I could cry. My skin has never been better. I also started using their 10-minute uv therapy. My skin is so strong. Along with their collagen lotions. They educated me and helped me pick the right lotions right for me. And get this, our caucasian tanners are not surprised to see me ever. They are in their forties fifties and sixties as well. This is a hidden treasure. Find a salon near you and educate those that will question you. See your sin in 1-4 weeks. I promise you wont recognize it. I also started to spray tan like all the body builders do. I didn't know until I saw the show “Married to Medicine”. One of the docs on that show is a black female body builder. She didn't even know that we could do that. She looked so amazing. Any scar I have are healing quickly, my skin is more resilient and super soft. My husband even notice that my skin is softer. I told him what I was doing and he whatever it is keep doing it.

This location is GREAT! Beds are always clean and staff is very nice..the last few times I’ve been there all of the beds have ALL WORKING BULBS!! YAY😄

Alexia was the definition of stellar customer service. Cheerful, helpful & def the reason why I’ll be back!!

Little girls work there with attitudes! Don’t go there. Owner is nice. Manager today was rude to me and daughter. You should fire her. What a Brat. Owner called me to speak about review- thank you very much. It say a lot about yourself and business. After speaking with him I feel better about the situation and very impressed with their customer service. Not many people would take take to call. Much appreciated.

I have been coming here for two years, always clean, the staff is great, good value as well compared to my last tanning salon. Highly recommend.

Clean and friendly place to tan. Specific thank you to Kennedy for always being so kind and professional. I was there today when it was super busy and she did an amazing job of accommodating everyone and kept things moving quickly.

Love this place! Ergoline red, blue and UV light bed is amazing! Kennedy is very friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and an especially dedicated employee. The facility is exceptionally clean, super important to me, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommend!!!
