I was confused because of the new merger thing going on between South Beach and Zoom and Emily was so nice and patient with me. She looked at my account and went above and beyond when I was really upset and confused! She defiantly deserves a raise or at least acknowledgment for how well she handled my concerns and how professional she is!

Clean place. Helpful employees. No foot things for feet in spray tanner and no spray deodorant like in other Southbeqch tanning salons but tanner worked well.

This location is far better than the Brandon location. It would be your first choice to visit on the east side of the bay. They do change out their bulbs and you can feel the heat. It’s a great location with friendly staff. This location comes in 3rd after Dale Mabry and Oldsmar. Oldsmar is out of sight #1. This location would have 5 stars for me if it had better A/C and the beds had more ventilation/ or connected to the A/C. Some of the beds and rooms get unbearable with the heat. I have noticed the thermostat at the register saying close to 80 F on several occasions.

Clean facilities and always very nice staff that are patient to suit your needs and make sure you're comfortable.

The staff are so friendly and nice always keep the salon clean and bailey always recommends really good products and is so sweet!
