Very easy process and the young lady Savannah was so kind and knowledgeable in helping me find the right plan and tanning lotion I need.
I went in for a spray tan today and had such a great experience. I’ve tanned at SouthBeach before but never tried a spray, and Alexis at the front desk was amazing. She took the time to walk me through all the options and showed me exactly how the booth works. Even though the salon was busy, the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive with everyone. Since my last visit, there have been some changes with the new ownership, but Alexis truly made this such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hopefully Zoom does not convert this location. The staff here is amazing. The salon itself and large lay down bed are simply an amazing experience with face tanners music, awesome ventilation add water, misting the zoom business concept is to minimalize everything to standing beds not comfortable small no airflow and quite honestly just not a good experience
I've been coming here to Gainesville's South Beach Tanning for almost or right at 2 years now! Im truly excited to see what kind of a difference Zoom Tanning is going to be versus what I've been used to for those past years! I do like the fact that they offer annually over monthly. Price is better but less stressful than yearly 😊🤩☺️🤗😃
I’ve had a few interactions with Paris while checking in for my sprays (I go once a week!), and she is always so sweet and helpful. Recently they transitioned over to Zoom Tan, and if you’ve ever been through something like that, you know it’s not always the easiest process. Paris handled everything so well, even with a couple bumps in the road while getting things set up for my tan last night, she had a smile on her face the entire time. She stayed positive, patient, and made the whole experience easy. South Beach/Zoom Tan is lucky to have her!

I've been tanning w/SBT for almost 5 years. The staff here are amazing. They take the time to cater to your needs or any questions, are polite and know me by name from the beginning. The beds are great quality and the price is reasonable compared to other establishments. I definitely recommend!
This tanning salon is fabulous!! Such a wonderful experience! Brooke the manager is so professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient; her colleague Maria is exceptionally great at customer service and always listens well to help clients select what is best! This outstanding team treats every client like a VIP!!! They are welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations. The salon is immaculate and creates such a relaxing atmosphere. It’s clear they truly care about their clients and the experience. As any transition has potential to be challenging, they are positive and confident as South Beach transitions to Zoom Tan! They have been so helpful sharing upcoming changes and opportunities for the new experience!! Keep up the great work!!!!!! The clients are lucky to have you there!!😊
