She helped me set up my membership, walked me through all the different tiers, and took the time to explain everything clearly, even while being the only one working and super busy. She also helped me pick out a great lotion and never made me feel rushed. Really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable she was. Great customer service!
This specific location is my favorite of them all. There is another location that’s closer to my house, but the manager is very unfriendly. She seems to only be in a good mood when she’s face timing, the salon is not very clean and parking is terrible. So I drive a little bit further to come to this location. Izzy and her staff are wonderful. The salon is always clean and the staff is welcoming.

Came in yesterday to sign up for a membership and Maria took such great care of me. She was very, very nice and pleasant and explained everything thoroughly and the tanning beds in the entire salon was nice and clean. Definitely will be coming back to this location.
I had a really good experience with South Beach Tanning Company! Currently, they have a special going on. Buy one get one free on their spray tans! Great deal. The customer service was awesome. The nice woman behind the counter came with me to my room and showed me how everything worked. She was very sweet and went through it twice with me because I was a a little nervous lol. Didn't want to end up like Ross on Friends ha. So all in all I highly recommend South Beach Tanning Company. Quality Business.

The girls are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The beds are very strong and the beds get the bulbs replaced often.

I wish that this tanning salon was treated just as good as the other South Beaches in Florida. Why isn't Gainesville's South Beach receiving any newer or updated beds that function properly and don't have to keep calling people in to try to fix the beds issues. I've been a customer now for 2 years and I'm paying for the highest package/membership you can receive with them and I'm starting to wonder if it's even worth it anymore. Come on higher ups, please give some attention to Gainesvilles salon 🙏🏼 ... We really could use some functioning/updated beds.

What impressed me most was their attentiveness—even when another customer came in, they made sure to finish our conversation properly before politely helping the next person. I never once felt rushed or like I was being a burden. They created such a welcoming, judgment-free environment where I felt completely comfortable sharing my concerns. Not once did they make me feel stupid for asking questions—instead, they were understanding, encouraging, and truly seemed to care about making sure I had the best possible experience.
