Such a nice place! I came in a few days ago and Ariana helped me choose which bed and lotions I should use. She was very knowledgeable and showed me the bed. Overall good experience and I would recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about Alex and Izzy, the two women who took care of me at the South Beach Tanning Winter Park (Mills) location. I came in for a spray session before leaving on a work trip to Texas, and we hit a snag: with the merger and acquisition happening with Zoom Tan, my account hadn’t transferred over correctly. Instead of shrugging it off or sending me away, these two spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with customer service on my behalf, patiently working through it until everything was straightened out. I’ve been a customer for 17 years, which is almost as long as these two have been alive, and not once did they make me feel like a “Karen” or overcomplicate something that didn’t need it. They just handled it, with so much grace and patience, and made me feel completely welcome the entire time. They could have easily told me to come back another day, but they understood I was on a tight timeline and went above and beyond to make sure I got my session in before my flight. Alex and Izzy are warm, gracious, and everything customer service should be. That kind of genuine, go-the-extra-mile care is rare, and it made my whole day. I left glowing in more ways than one, and honestly energized by how lovely they both were. Thank you both so much. You turned a frustrating situation into a five-star experience, and I’ll absolutely be back.
I've had an annual membership for almost a year. At first, I was a little disappointed to hear that Zoom Tanning bought South Beach Tanning. Since then... I found out I can also use the zoom tanning locations! They have a sauna and also a gym!

This is a great place to come and get a spray tan!! They are quick, helpful and it is such an easy process. All of the girls at the front were so welcoming and sweet.

The staff and product at South Beach Tanning at Waterford Lakes is wonderful. I had never gotten a sunless tan before, but didn't have time to do tanning sessions prior to my wedding. The staff was super friendly and attentive. They answered all of my questions on the phone and in person, walked me through the whole sunless tanning process and gave me some great tips. With their buy one, get one free special I was able to test the process a week ahead of time to make sure it would look good. The tan looked amazing. Everyone thought I had been on vacation and were jealous of the color. Two days before my wedding I did the second sunless tan - it was the exact look I wanted with my wedding dress. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you!

The girls who work at this location are super sweet and helpful. I learned that the company is going to be changing to Zoom. I went to one 2 weeks ago, and the machines suck. I hope they leave this location alone. I like traditional tanning beds, not tight cages that make me feel like a farm chicken.
